At Mulberry Paper by Kozo Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artisanal paper selection. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll or flat-pack the mulberry paper to prevent creasing and place it in its original protective sleeve and shipping tube.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our studio warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned paper for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
